I usually travel with two big dogs and either one or two cats when I go out hiking, and there never use to be enough room for them to all be comfortable. This extends the seat and prevents them from slipping off the seat like they used to. It’s sturdy and waterproof, but comfortable for babies. Love the pockets for added storage too.
