Absolutely. For best results and the cleanest water for your pet - we recommend changing your filters at least monthly. If you cannot afford replacment filters, you should at least be cleaning them.
Luckily, Maple & Co offer replacement filters that you can order one at a time, or in bulk at your leisure.

Yes, however - do keep in mind that this needs a power source to correctly function. If you have an outside power source, or are able to run a waterproof extension cable - this will work just fine outside!
